Help with support

Hello, for the past week I’ve been stuck in invite only sessions because every time I play online a modder joins my session and spawns exploding blimps on everyone repeatedly for several minutes. I’ve reached out to support twice with this, provided video evidence and proof that I am completely unable to enter the pause menu to report players (that was their solution before closing the ticket both times) or even to find a new session. Is there any way I can go directly to rockstar instead of through third party imbeciles?
