obsessing over getting in trouble

accidentally went to buy nicotine and forgot my license was expired. i renewed it online and just need to go into dmv and get my new copy. they scanned my id and told me it was expired so they couldn’t sell me it. i apologized, took my jd back, and went on with my day. now ive been obsessing that im gonna get in trouble for trying to use an expired id.
