Injection vs pills dosage

Ok so I want to swap to injections after taking pills for the last 1.5 years. Atm my dosage is 3mg morning & 3mg before bed, My question is what would this come out to if I was taking injections?

I feel like this dosage is working relle well & don't wish to lower it with the injections effectively backtracking.

Im not the best with maths & stuff so thanks in advanced :)
