PAYING FOR AMAZON FOR A YEAR

Sooooo I just found out I've been charged 9.99 for Amazon prime for a year now. I didn't activate it once. I thought three free months was just like a code I could elect to use and if I liked it I could sign up.

It even said exp October, and we all can agree anything that says expires with a date should not have a charge begin to occur.

I've been a lifelong telus customer, I only changed to Koodo because my usage changed and it was cheaper for us as a family. I am DISGUSTED by this charge.

I did not sign up for Amazon. I was not told anywhere to expect a charge. There was no trial, it was three free months with an expiration date.

Since koodo is allergic to you being able to speak to a person I don't know how to go about this but I want my money back!!! Every single month Amazon was paid for I want it back. I didn't even use the three free months because f Amazon.
