My blizzard account got compromised years ago without meknowing because of the stolen data from Yahoo back at 2013-14 resulting permanent ban at 2015

Greetings this is quite problematic but it's a long story so bear with me.

My first original email was yahoo and with this I opened my very first blizzard account, unfortunately I didn't knew to much about safety like checking the news about data breach at 2013-14 on yahoo so ... Ouch

Anyway they gained access to my email AND my blizzard account unfortunately and apparently they moved money without me knowing. I should mention this I'm was not even aware that wow existed untill 2016 (late boomer) but honestly didn't even cared about it. I mean had overwatch, warcraft 3 and had not work to pay each month for wow even when I found out.

Now the first time I noticed that wow had ban was when overwatch came, but didn't even bother about it, but when I learned years later about yahoo data breach I charged passwords (way to late) and kept playing.

Then reforged came, and charged officially to a secure email my Gmail that have set multiple security.

A friend asked me to go and play with him for the first time wow and recommended me to try at least the trial version, however this is where the drama starts

1. remember 2013-14? Like I said my account got compromised because of yahoo data breach and the results was my account got hacked, but because I didn't even attempt to evel look at my emails or even worse charge passwords the hacker had access to my email and so other games (yes my steam account got compromised as well but I thought it was steam only not email fault and was using same passwords to all my accounts) and so he used my account for wow

2. 14 Nov 2015 at 10:42 my wow account (that never had) got banned permanent because -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy Apparently a guy did something (I don't know anything about trades and how it works cause never played it) and got caught up and bam banned. For me it wasmehh cause once more didn't even bothered to check emails, even logic on blizzard account JUST once for years.

3. on 2025 OCT 12 I noticed that the ban after many years never got lifted so I took a look 1 Jan 10000 WTF? Not even knowing what was happening I opened a ticket to learn what's happening and a gamemaster Heolodeu told me to check emails and Permanent closed my ticket without even giving me a chance to prove my Innocent, HECK if he did even check once Where my account got logged at --14 Nov 2015 from a DIFFERENT country he would realized Something was wrong. Instead he permanent closed the ticket so I'll be forced to ask GDPR about all the logs of my account as European civilian and if needed to report it to DPA and enforce investigation against blizzard and their actions

The fact I'm forced to go beyond and enforce investigation just to clean my name is nothing more but comedy for one reason

I'm was to naive and didn't even bother to check my emails at all or even check news. The damage is done and I'll be forced from now to take actions.

This should be a lesson for everyone to never use same passwords, avoid reading emails and after many years to ask investigation about it.
