Guy hasn’t confirmed details of date. Do I send another message or just not turn up?

So I (23F) have been texting this guy (24M) for about three weeks on hinge! Last Monday he hasn’t me when I would be free to meet up. I suggested Friday the 10th however he said he unavailable and when else I would be free! I replied saying that I’m free on Saturday the 18th for brunch and suggested a time and cafe to meet up at. Since my reply I haven’t heard anything from him. What should I do? Should I assume that it won’t be going ahead as it been more than a week since I’ve heard from him and hence didn’t agree to the suggested date details?
