One Thing I Wish Silksong Would Let Hornet Do

Hornet should be able to string her own rosaries at a bench by using a consumable.

One of the issues I see people complain about all the time is the frustration in having to constantly do cocoon runs because they feel egregiously punished by losing rosaries upon death. The game tries to teach you that rosary strings are a much safer way to carry around your loot, but the only place to get them are from vendors or from the handful of machines located primarily in the citadel itself. When I'm out exploring an area, the last thing I want to do is stop and backtrack all the way to a safe zone just to cash in my rosary beads. Yes, I recognize the tension that comes from amassing a growing stack of beads when you don't know when you'll be able to string them up, but I think the game would benefit from a consumable item that let you knit up a rosary string while seated at a bench. You can carry a handful of them, say, max of five, and you learn to make bigger rosaries through progressive quests throughout the game. That way, when you're knee deep in someplace new, a bench will let you safely stash a portion of your rosaries and let you push onward with less fear of taking a wrong turn.

I say this as someone who played through all of the game blind, and somehow managed to do most of Act II before clearing the Weaver and freeing Bellheart.
