Just a note of appreciation. I've only been here about a year, but this subreddit has been informative, friendly, helpful, and incredibly encouraging to most of the posts, which I follow regularly. Vancouver is highly underrated imo, and I just wanted to thank you all for such a warm and supportive welcome!
