Is the BEng engeering degree of a similar level to the bac +5?

Hello, I am about to finish my BEng Mechanical engineering degree at the Univeristy of Leicester in the UK, I would love to start my career in France and find a job next year. I am aware that most french employers look for a masters degree or bac +5. What I am asking is does anyone know of any french engineering companies, start ups included, that haved hired or are willing to consider English BEng candidates? I am wondering if my best bet is to just go and do a masters degree in france. For context i have a B2 level certificate in french.
