my shorts video went viral with 3m+ views. what does 1 do if they get a viral ?

any pointers would be helpful? i had really small account and literally subs in single digit until it reached 4 digits, so just want to know what can be done here. i did try to make similar content, other videos did not get as many views but fairly small compared to 1 video. Looking for feedback on titles/thumbnails, hook strength, and posting cadence—should I double down on that theme or test 2–3 adjacent angles? I can share CTR/retention if useful.
