AVMA PLIT License Defense Coverage?

I'm a veterinary pathologist at an academic institution and also do some remote diagnostics for small, private histology/pathology companies. I have both Professional Liability coverage and Veterinary License Defense coverage through AVMA PLIT, but am wondering if the License Defense coverage is worth it.

They say: "Veterinary License Defense coverage is available to protect you in the event a client files a complaint against you with the state licensing board." I feel like the PL coverage is sufficient, but would love to hear anyone's thoughts about the LD coverage. Thanks in advance!
