Landlord company is trying to charge me $15k after moving out. Location: central Ohio

They are saying it is for a full paint job, carpet replacement, reinstalling the doors (I had a security alarm on the door and they said they needed to reinstall them), full cleaning, and trimming a tree by the water meter. They won’t give me an itemized statement and are taking my $2,800 deposit as partial payment. What can I do?
