Looking for Garb shops local to Houston

Does anyone know of some decent shops local to greater Houston area I can go to buy garb before the con? I’m thinking dresses, shirts, pants, boots, hats?

I know to order things online, but I want to go in person and support local places, and I would also like to have most if not all of it done before I actually get to the festival.

I’m sure this has been asked a bunch in here, but I’m not having luck with the search terms I’ve tried.
