Abilify! *side effect complaint!

Hi! 28F, was diagnosed 9 days ago, started Abilify 8 days ago. I’m feeling pretty good about the diagnosis, i finally feel seen! Fear/anxiety of “living the rest of my life this way,” but i assumed that’s only normal. My real issue is this energy I’m feeling from my Abilify. I am working with a psychiatrist AND my doctor to find the correct dosage and such; currently on 15mg Adderall, 20mg Lexapro and 5mg Abilify. We discussed maybe lessening Lexapro, but wanted to try it first. Today is actually the best day I’ve had so far dealing with this “energy” i have in my chest/arms. I don’t like to look up symptoms, doctor did warn me about tiredness and tremors. Tremors have stopped today, actually, but my goodness i can’t rid of this extra energy in my chest! It’s almost as if it’s anxiety, except it’s less intense; that’s why i keep saying energy - like i need to run it off or something. (I would love to exercise to attempt to lessen it but my POTS does not allow for it lol) Any advice? It’s seeming like it’s almost done, these side effects, but day 8 I’m going maaaad! Tried to keep busy by playing games, even sewing/crocheting, but it’s like it’s too boring for me, it’s like i need more? I’m trying so hard to explain this, i hope someone understands! TIA!!
