Japan post?

Hi,
I made an order almost a month ago. I saw some recommendations on the Japan post shipping, and as I didn't need the package asap, I decided to use this method of shipment.
Now, Japan post got my package from Buyee the day after it arrived to their warehouse. The last update from Japan post was a day after they received the package- on September 30th. It wasn't updated since then...
Can I still count on it to arrive someday?
I saw comments that people said it took them a week or two, I don't even know how to contact JP, as I saw on their site you can only fill a form in Japanese.

Did it happened to anyone else as well?
