Any nail techs in here that can weigh in?

I’m wondering what exactly is meant when someone is marketed as a “natural nail tech”. Does this mean they use BIAB and gel polish? Just gel polish? I’m also wondering if there are nail techs out there that use regular polish that I’d use on myself like mooncat, holo taco, etc., or if it’s best practice to stick to gel polish, gel x, acrylic? Just curious and looking to learn more about this!!
