Is HRT allowed in turkey?

I am FTM, I am from a country right next to Turkey where HRT is banned, however I really want to get a consultation with a doctor instead of doing fully DYI, I am trying to find information if I can get a visit with a doctor in a turkey who can help me get started. Does anyone have any idea?
