Stupidity of appointment times.

Getting scans today. Confirmed time yesterday by phone & portal, yes it's ridiculous having to confirm multiple times. So I confirm 9:30. Portal has 9:15 arrival for 9;30 appointment. I check in at 9:30the receptionist is like you're late and says the appointment is 9:50. Like wtf. AND THEN SAYS SHE HAS TO CHECK IF it's alright. I stay calm but I'm about ready to complain to any number or survey I can find. All the appointments at this hospital are like this. It's an annoying game. Tell me when I need to be there, not multiple times.
