Looking for a direct replacement for this shower, anyone have a supplier that has something that might fit?

been to 4 specialty plumbing supply stores and none have any solutions other than to call a plumber to have redone to fit a more standard setup. Just wondering if there’s anywhere that sells something that may be able to replace what’s there? Thank you
