SPH-DA160DAB firmware update

I have the pioneer SPH-DA160DAB. Can someone tell me if I have the latest firmware?

I see by soc: PIO_SC01-211105

I read that I must download the latest firmware and extract the firmware. The map update must I add to a usb stick.

Is this correct?
