Unable to launch GBA games/find BIOS

This seems to be a common issue, but I cannot locate the BIOS folder on my RG35XX H, the installation video I watched by Retro Games Corps has it right on the main SD, but they seemed to have removed it since. I understand why, but it is extremely frustrating. I cannot figure out how to launch GBA/C games and that is the main reasons I purchased this to play Pokemon ROMs.

I tried to find some BIOS folders online and created a folder called BIOS and put the .bin files in there but I still do not see a launcher for GBA/C. I also have seen comments that the BIOS is hidden in /mnt/vendor/deep/retro/system, which I found on the device but I am unable to move it nor unhide it through several methods I tried on my PC.

Is there any suggestions? I know links/sharing copy righted files is not allowed and that is not my request, but I am feeling extremely frustrated and lost. I have tried looking at posts in this subredded, ROMS, and RG35XX/H, I feel like I will get nowhere and have to return the device. I am not super tech savy which does not help, but I know enough to have an Oracle VirtualBox that I am running this all through.
