IBS/GERD

I’m looking to file for IBS and GERD secondary to my Anxiety due to the issues that my anxiety meds are causing. I’m a little nervous to poke the bear because I am currently already rated at 70% for mental health and am worried to re-open my file especially with the new rules that are going into effect sooner than later for mental health. If I do this, will this affect my current rating, or is it protected? Or should I just leave it?
