Happily married couples- Please share about your healthy marriages

Assalamualaikum. May Allah increase his barakah in your marriage and bind you with love and peace.

As the title suggests, I'd like for couples in healthy and happy long-term marriages to share how they met, how they work together to build their relationships, and what has worked to make this experience overall healthy, happy, and fulfilling for you. Preferably, from brothers and sisters who have been married more than 3-5 years and through children as well.
