Is blur needed on a tall, strong PG?

Trying to play somewhat like Luka, Cade, Magic, etc. Big, strong, shot creator/playmaker. I have different versions with 75 and 80 swb. I plan on using takeover on it anyway. Is blur necessary at PG you think? I could do a lot more with the build if I didn’t go for it. Any experience with a 75 swb PG?
