Need advice if I have a strong defense

I got flagged by reddit for a comment that I never made. I did appeal that it wasn't mine but was still punished. Just lookinh deep I found a piece of evidence for my case.

The comment linked as mine (not actually mine) is missing an upvote from me. Since we automatically upvote our own posts and comments, I think I have a good defense. In that post, I didn't comment or do anything at all. It looks like this from my account.
