I constantly seek approval from others

I can’t help but post my face wherever I go to get approval or validation or advice or anything. I feel my entire judgment of myself is based on others opinions because I feel I would be too biased to rate myself. I’ve went to brutally honest forums to seek what I truly look like to others but am never satisfied. Is anyone else like this? I feel alone on this one.
