I have an update that honestly shocked me! I still can’t believe it happened, but it did.

After years of emailing support and getting nothing but useless replies that never actually helped me recover my account, today an absolute saint from support finally decided that all the info I provided was acceptable.

So YES, I got my veteran account back! 🎉🎉🎉

I swear, the reply came out of nowhere, I didn't expect it enymore.
They changed the login email to the one I’d asked for and sent me a new password.

It’s crazy that it took years, but at least I finally did it. This just proves that all the other support members I’d dealt with before simply didn’t want to help, they either made up excuses or just ignored me.

I'm so happy right now :')
