urge to SH - should i reach out to my psychiatrist?

dumb question probably but a week ago i was prescribed wellbutrin 150mg and made a direct switch from lexapro 20mg as advised. initially i had more SI and i also relapsed into SH, even though i do not feel emotionally overwhelmed. (on hindsight, i might be feeling numb)

it’s such a confusing feeling because i hadn’t self harmed in years and suddenly i did it on impulse, not triggered by anything.

i am conflicted on whether i should contact the clinic to let them know about this or if i should just ride it out.

any advise is appreciated :/
