Strange dropplets on the underside of dome

Fix My Print

Hej all,

I'm trying to print a bigger structure where the upper side is a 250 mm diameter dome.
I'm experimenting with thicknesses between 1.2 and 2.0 mm.

I've tried multiple configuration, no support, generated tree support and even designing my own 'under-dome' support.

When printing with Extrudr's DuraPro ASA GF filament, I get strange 'drops' on the dome's underside. See picture. This print was done without support, with support I manage to improve the center to have it much nicer, still not perfect, there are still those drops. They don't happen with just cheap standard PLA.

I print with the 'random seem' setting, I suspect that those 'drops' are aligned when the printer switches to the next layer. So it might be a filament specific extruder setting.

Printer: BambuLab P1P
Filament: Extrudr DuraPro ASA GF
Profile: Extrudr's profile specific for this filament and printer
Layer height: 0.08 mm
Seem: Random
Filament is in a dryer at 60°C while printing to keep it dry

What I plan next:
- try to print with a lower temperature
- try to use bambu's generic ASA CF filament profile

If someone has an idea on which setting to tune, you're welcome. I suspect something in the extruder's retraction parameters.

Thanks !
