Deeper Clitoral Pain - HELP

I’ve been dealing with a dull, constant ache and pressure deep in my clitoris, mostly on the left side, which sometimes radiates toward my vagina. This pain is really severe and has started affecting my mental health, making me feel anxious, frustrated, and emotionally drained. The pain seems to have developed or worsened partly because of my history of repeatedly pressing my thighs together to stimulate the clitoris (syntribation) over time. I’m currently taking 400 mg of gabapentin, which helped a little for the first 10 days, but after that, the pain became constant again. On top of that, gabapentin has caused severe constipation, which seems to be worsening my pimples because my body isn’t eliminating toxins properly. I also feel that a nerve is pinched, likely the dorsal clitoral or pudendal nerve, contributing to the deep, throbbing pain. Additionally, my internal clitoris feels swollen and tender, especially on the left side, and I suspect this is partly due to past stimulation. The combination of nerve irritation, tissue swelling, and side effects from medication has left me feeling trapped in a loop — the pain persists, increasing the temptation to adjust the medication dose, but higher doses could worsen constipation. It’s frustrating, physically painful, and emotionally exhausting, and I’m unsure how much is nerve pain versus actual tissue trauma or bruising. 24F
