BV or just off pH balance? (30F)

So I’ve never had this issue before but I had a long weekend with my bf and we had sex several times where he did ejaculate inside of me. Now I’m having a fishy like smell. There’s no pain or irritation and no weird discharge just a funky smell.

Is it possible my pH balance is just thrown off and I could use boric acid for a few days to clear it up? I’ve never had BV so I’m not sure on the symptoms for me personally, but when I looked it up it said that a fishy smell could be BV.
