Lost my job the same day that I signed a new lease. How do I get off the lease and get my money back? (Location: PA)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

So, early in the morning yesterday, I signed a lease for an apartment and paid the full move in cost including security deposit. I end up losing my job in the late afternoon. I am in a desperate situation of having needed to get out of my current living situation and didn't have a lot of savings prepared. I have been transparent with the landlord about my financial situation as well.

The lease says I can't request early termination, but I haven't even received a key yet or moved in at all.

It seems like the landlord has ghosted me at this point as well. I live in Philadelphia, PA and don't have money for a lawyer and am not familiar with this stuff. Any tips on what to do?
