Manhattan Bridge bad performance

Is anyone else having issues with performance on manhattan bridge? I have a 5070ti, 7800x3d, 32gb ddr5 ram. Playing on 1440p 360hz monitor with high textures and everything else on low. DLSS quality. For some reason I will get terrible fps drops on manhattan bridge. I’ll be at 220+ and go all the way down to like 150… I notice that when this happens my gpu usage drops all the way to like 60-70% as well.. cpu usage is good, and all my temps are good as well. Anyone have an idea, or experiencing this?
