Is this a good deal? 2018 Subaru Forester Touring Package 28,852miles for 19k? NY/NJ area.

Been going back and forth with the dealer on this car for a week now and have got the price down a bit. It's going to be 19k and then $22,239 after taxes and fees. It feels good with how low the milage is and the carfax checks out. Only thing I have left to do it get a PPI in the morning but if that goes well I was going to do it. Only better deals I can find are from used car dealerships which I find hard to trust. This is from a licensed Toyota dealer. Let me know your thoughts thanks!
