this job feels like a cult

like everything here has to do with the credit card 😭 one time i picked up a shift in fitting room and when the key carrier (who is always up front) asked if i was up front like always and i said no ill be in fitting room her response was “oh no that means you wont be able to get rewards” 💀 i mean ig it doesnt make a difference since they for some reason expect us to also push the card in the fitting room 😭 watch soon theyll start making us push cards in the bathrooms 😂

and dont get me started on that one time for a while they made us push the card in the entrance thank god they stopped that. when will cooperate realize that if they simply added better benefits then MAYBE we will get more cards like i think it used to be 10 for every 100 spent which is so much better but noo greed greed greed
