Advance function private school options

I am not doing great on AF. Hardly getting 60's on my tests. I am thinking of 2 options. Any suggestion which is better?

1. Drop before mid tern and join via private school

2. Complete in regular school this semester and then repeat in Semester 2.

I am planning to apply for business, accounting courses and I am not looking for Waterloo and UFT. Already checked criteria's for all univ.
