Cashing Out Rainy Day Fund

I am debating if it is time to cash out a rainy day fund I have had growing for a decade

Approx $20k in an an aggressive Acorns account.

Would use some of it for a honeymoon trip and rest in a high yield savings rainy day fund until next summer when I expect some high expenses. I will be moving cross country next summer for work. Expenses of moving, new apartment, buying second vehicle.

Figured cashing out now and dealing with the taxes would be easier then next year. Plus I feel like the economy is ready to turn any day now.
