What employer scale would u pick: small scale or big booming companies?

I’m curious between the difference of the two. Cos sometimes, they both provide similar compensation but varies only on work load and culture.

Do u prefer a small scale employer? Typically consists of max 50 employees with lesser hierarchy of upper management, usually sa boss parin dumadaan majority of decisions. Or do u prefer the other way around?
