14700KF vs 7800X3D vs 9700X for Minecraft?

Hi. I'm upgrading my PC and currently choosing a CPU. I'm interested in Minecraft performance, as I play large modpacks (250+ mods) and my FPS sometimes drops to 20-30 when there are a lot of entities. My current PC: i5 10400 & RTX 5080.
