Need Some Guidance

I’m new to Dragon Ball cards and want to get into the hobby for fun. I’ve decided to collect specific characters like Vegeta, Trunks, Goku, and Broly. However, I’m also interested in any rare cards that will be sleeved. I’m considering buying Ultimate Squad (5 booster boxes) and Vermillion Bloodline (5 booster boxes). Are these sets good for artwork and collecting? Also, I’d like to know which sites are recommended for buying cards. What are the best sets to buy for amazing artwork?
