Do I stay in my company of 5 years or leave?

Hi, I started as an assistant and then became a marketing coordinator, I’ve had this role for just over 3 years. I then applied for a generalist marketing 5 month fixed term contract and I didn’t get it. The lack of progression here is demoralising, the only benefit is I earn 28K and the other jobs I’ve seen pay less and have more responsibilities. Genuinely I don’t know what to do, should I leave marketing completely? Do I leave for a bit of a pay cut? I am just so low at work and I am struggling fake being happy at this stage. But I’m trying to, I just have no passion for it.
