CB1 cancelled my prescription?

My first time trying UK medical weed. I signed up with CB1 and things went smoothly, until this week. My order had been on the dispensing step for a week and I didn't receive any communications from the clinic. I reached out today and they got back to me, said it was an address issue, yada yada I fixed my address and they said keep an eye out for the prescription tomorrow.

I just received an email shortly after that saying my prescription has been cancelled. Obviously I did not ask for that. Does anyone have any idea? I reached out again and will hopefully get a response tomorrow since they are closed now but man. I just want my yart.
