Pain management dr passed away and I'm trying 70h instead of oxy and i have questions

What is the normal dose that you take? A while ago my neighbor told me about these pillz she said she got fired and gave me one to try well i tried it once instead of my meds and it seemed okay so i heard by her it was going to be outlawed in Oklahoma so i started buying them from my local corner store for just incase my husband and i are preppeds lol and also a herban alternatives they make their own and sell em for 8$ but ive been stalking up woke up this am i took 1/4th i felt okay for about a hour and half but also my luck i got the flu from my kids yesterday started that sickness so im about to go through a kick not by choice and have the flu. I started with the opia this am blue razz 1/4th but like i said a hour and half later I'm feeling mostly restless in my body the pain is still gone but i cant deal with the wanting to kick my legs. So my question is how much to take how far apart for a hour and half im golden but im used to taking 5 oxy 10mg a day and no telling when they will find a dr for my office honestly if this works out i might not be a slave to pain meds. Sorry so long but im really just needing info my neighbor is out of town and all i have is reddit for info.
