Looking for KVM switch or KVM monitor recommendations (for work + gaming setup)

Looking for a good KVM switch or monitor with built-in KVM. Planning to use one keyboard, mouse, and monitor for my gaming PC and work laptop. Preferably something that can handle 1440p/4K 144Hz. Any recommendations?
