Am I having twins?!

I am 4 weeks 2 days pregnant and I swear I knew I was pregnant before the test showed positive at 9 DPO.

I had ovulation cramping that felt normal. The next day I had extreme ovulation pain that lasted hours.

I felt lots of lightening crotch for a couple days around implantation. And felt very dizzy.

The gas has been insane! Almost immediately everything tasted off and my sense of smell increased expeditiously. The nausea comes in waves and happens all day. And of course I’m bloated and moody.

I have felt pressure/crampiness in my lower abdomen and my lowerback has been aching for days.

I’m starting to consider it may be twins. I had a very vivid dream that my dogs were fighting off 3 brown bears protecting 2 little children who were standing in the yard. (I never remember my dreams) I woke up several times and each time I fell asleep I went back into the dream.

My in laws are the only people who know because i see them daily. My father in law asked if there were 2 babies. And my mom texted me out of no where to ask if I was pregnant..

I’ve seen 2 rainbows back to back and saw a cow give birth while driving home right around conception time.

Twins are rampant on my mother’s side. I am 42 and this is my 4th pregnancy/child. I got the positive test only a few weeks after we whispered the possibility of having a 4th. I’m weaning my toddler off breastfeeding and I’m very tall.

I will be scheduling an ultrasound tomorrow.

Anyone with twins or thought they were having twins.. did you “know” before you “knew”? Am I losing my mind?
