Second post fistulotomy worries

Hi all,

I've had my second fistulotomy procedure for a simple fistula 6 weeks ago. The procedure went well but I have my doubts even after my yesterday's check-up. My CS thought the wound looked uninflamed but still open and she wants to see me in another 6 weeks.

The reason I have doubts (I have told her this) is that I still have the same or worse symptoms after my first fistulotomy:

-still pain while sitting fully (leaned back) on my buttom. The wound is once again right down my crack, near the tailbone and is still open. As soon as I fully sit down it hurts and the pain shoots down through my bottocks, lower back and left leg.

-I have a lot of drainage, especially when I feel the urge (and during) to pee or poop and sometimes a little during the night. It's mostly watery drainage and minimal boogery pus. When my stools are loose I occasional see a speck of (what I think is) poop a few hours after my BM.

I know everyone's healing path is different but could these symptoms be a sign of an existing fistula or just the healing process?
