Can I travel to Japan with this warrant?

Hello.

Location: New York

I've recently found out that I have a probable cause I-card issued by the NYPD. It isn't a Bench warrant issued by a judge, but if i am stopped by the cops I'll be detained and arraigned.

I have a work trip to Japan coming up.

Should I go? Will I be prohibited from leaving and reentering the country?
