Globe Telecom just announced a massive win for its PR team, or shall I say, for child safety. They’ve blocked over 200,000 URLs hosting child sexual abuse and exploitation materials. It sounds like a decisive blow in a dark war. But before we hand out the corporate citizenship awards, let’s ask the uncomfortable question: why is no one in handcuffs?
