Why is everybody acting as if Jordan was his child's only parent?

I mean, Luca has a mother who is the main caretaker. We know that Jordan has him less than 50% of the time, for what he said. And according to some people he has him every other weekend, I guess a long weekend.

I realize the show has been feeding that scenario because of how little it is mentioned or taken into that Jordan is coparentlng Luca. For example, when Megan mentions going to Italy and Jordan says it'd be complicated to take Luca to Italy. No one mentions that Jordan is perfectly able to go to Italy and everywhere else with Megan while the child is at his mum and main residence. Likewise for going out of diner or playing tennis. Within his parental responsibilities, Jordan would have plenty of time available to do that with Megan.

So theirs is more an issue of lifestyle and financial imbalances. Jordan is too tired from work, or doesn't like the expense, or he's just not interested. Their lifestyles are just not matching. I feel bad that Megan was made to question his ability to be a mother because of all of this.
