What are people about that the 5070 is not worth it and is not gonna last long beacuse of the 12gb vram?

I just upgraded my gtx 1080 8gb vram an i was still playing in 1440p 144hz Warzone,Battlefield 6,Cyberpunk and all the single player games at 70-120fps(and im still on a old socket with i7 8700k and 32gb ddr4),sure not at ultra setting but at low medium ,an now i can play this games at 4k on my 2k monitor and if u want 200-300 fps u can toggle on frame gen and im sorry but 30-50ms latency u can’t see it,so if i used my gtx 1080 for 8 years i think that people who get a 5070 will have the same experience and use this card for a long time in 1440p.
